A hefty and cold five-hour travel to Aberdeen, Maryland was safe and easy going considering Hurricane Matthew was demolishing the lower half of the southern region of the East Coast with extremely heavy rainfall and horrifying flooding. I was relieved to have been able to travel out of state and was highly excited about covering Los Goonies X Tuner Evolution’s Panda Junction Fall show.
Panda Junction is the beginning of the Tuner Evolution tour on the East Coast, as well as the end of the Tuner Evolution Tour. The event is held annually at the Cal Ripken Stadium in Maryland. I have been seeing coverage from this event the last year, and I was eager to go and shoot the different car builds that attended. The Altered Racin Hotties were in attendance modeling the cars, and meeting some of the fans. There were many awesome cars at the show. Driven To Cure was at the show vending showcasing their Liberty Walk kitted Nissan GT-R R35. This thing is a really awesome car that truly stands out with the bright orange wrap. Two of some of the most popular stanced cars were at the Battle Gang booth. Steve Jeannetta and Kevin Nicholson’s Scion FR-S’s are quite eye catching. Jei (Rolling Status member) brought is Nissan Skyline GT-R R32 to the show. He and did some catching up for quite a bit, then discussing his new upgrades on the way for his R32 GT-R. The front end has changed since I last saw it earlier this year at Springfest 7. Front end is nearly full carbon fiber! I’m sure we’ll see more of this car in the near future. After I got done talking to Jei about his BNR32 GT-R, I spotted a small crowd and a tiny puppy Pug. Our friend Anthony Purcell (Halcyon Photo) rushed over to him, and Anthony was in aw over one of the Rolling Status member’s Pug puppy.

At the Tuner Evolution booth, model and Import Model, Lizzie Dee was there at the show. Meeting her fans, taking pictures, and signing posters for her beloved fans. Despite a cold and overcast start to the day of the event, the sun eventually came out full force around noon. The vibes from the show were extremely calm yet joyous for everyone. It was an astounding show, and something we look forward too next Spring! Thank Los Goonies and Tuner Evolution staff for putting on yet another great show! Enjoy the photos everyone!
